So far I really like this product. I was the kind of person that wanted to go to sleep but sat in bed for about an hour before any sleep happened. I started taking this about 30-45ish minutes before bed and I notice after about a month of taking these pills i could sleep without staring at the ceiling or tossing and turning. Im already on my second bottle (i get the 60 ct) and my sister is giving this a try so far she likes it too. I will say tho sometimes I have some weird dreams but as long as I stay asleep for 6-8hrs I’m not complaining. I do wish the pill was smaller though. ... show more

These are wonderful and really do help me get a good nights sleep! They are LARGE pills so if you have issues swallowing pills they might not be the best option for you. Thankfully i dont have a problem with that

I have used this brand many years ago in the past, and don’t remember having issues with it back then. I started using it again, three weeks ago and every morning I have felt dehydrated and have had a headache upon waking up. I drink around 120oz of water a day so I thrown off. I stopped taking this for a week and my headaches immediately improved. I have changed a lot in my diet and health since I have taken this in the past previously and I just don’t think it works with my body anymore! Overall, I did sleep great on it if that’s what you are looking for and it did help me relax, I just didn’t like how I felt in the morning. Maybe it is interacting with something else I’m taking, so check with your doc if you’re on other meds! Every body is different though and I do like other products from this brand, so give it a shot! ... show more
