We have had this a couple weeks. We have it against the wall with 5 or 6 adult jackets. It doesn't do to well with winter coats. Shoe shelf is fabulous but the little plastic clips that hold the shelf tend to slip off. Overall very helpful in our tiny house with limited space to help us with storage and stay organized ... show more

    • Missing parts, VERY flimsy and unhelpful service
Putting this item together was painstaking…and the reward was seriously lacking. The top two panels were missing from the container. And the entire ensemble was flimsy, made of thin plastic and not likely able to hold anything remotely heavy. I contacted Amazon about the missing parts and they insisted on a refund and that they could do nothing else. In the items manual I finally found contact info for missing parts. I contacted them with the required information…which they requested again in their follow up email. When I provided that information to them, yet again, they replied that they were out of stock of the panels, and offered no notification of when they’ll be back in stock. I suspect they knew that when they packaged this item. So be wary of missing parts and don’t expect them to be replaced…for what they’re worth… ... show more

I really wanted to like this, the installation is easy as long as you ready the instructions carefully as there are minor details that if you missed can take you longer time than necessary. The bottom part for the shoes are sturdy and I wanna say that I really wanted to like this due to functionality. My issue with this is the wire part is not sturdy at all. It is connected by those plastic joints that can be knocked out easily. So the joint from the shoe rack to the wire rack, you just have to snap it in. Easy to put in but also can be removed without effort and there’s no way to secure it. In between wire recks I have to secure it with zip ties. As you can see in the photo the top wire starts to sag without anything yet so im not very pleased with it. ... show more

This is an interesting coat rack with a simplistic design that works rather well. It has a good amount of room to work with from top to bottom, and overall is pretty sturdy considering the materials. The bottom portion is actually pretty strong. The wire part holds up and doesn't wobble surprisingly, and didn't even try to tip when I was testing out different storage ideas. The assembly is pretty straight-forward, however the direction of the connector pieces can be confusing and I had to backtrack a few times to make sure it was in the right way. They have 4 cross shaped hollows, as well as 4 around the corners so depending on which piece you are putting together depends on which direction you put it in. For instance on the bottom, you attach the cross shaped ones to the general build itself, but the corner pieces attach to the outside side hollows which takes some fandangling. The instructions have pictures, but the picture of the connector and which direction it goes is not magnified enough to give you a better idea. Overall for the $39.99 price this is a good deal. I personalized this a bit to store more actual clothes as well as purse, umbrella, jacket, robe etc, and it looks so much better that the jumbled mess in a crappy makeshift temporary hanging closet I had them in. The upper part you can shorten as well if you wanted to to make it more kid sized for bookbags and whatnot. ... show more

It holds SO much! It tik a bit to set up but step by step it was easy! It holds so much! 10/10 for storage! Absolutely would recommend and I even want another for another room in the house!!
