I researched thoroughly before making this purchase, taking light of the reviews, customer service, and particular issues that come up in regular shipping of such physically larger purchases. The set had pretty hard to understand instructions, but installation was not terrible. The actual quality was in line with competitors, and they look and feel great. Very comfortable. The cushions are a little thin, which is noticeable when sitting, but when laying down, they're perfect. All and all it was the best value by far, in line with the same quality as others, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. I would highly recommend it. These look and feel like high end chairs but the price is better than buying plastic and you get cushions! I'm going to buy two more of these. Definitely recommend. Also very simple to assemble and very sturdy.

This patio set was well packaged but one of the chairs was missing the bag of fasteners in which Magic Union sent out immediately. They are very quick to respond and customer service is excellent. We purchased this set along with 3 additional loungers. After spending the money to install a new pool we decided to be economical with the furniture and was hoping to get a full season out of this set. This is a much better product than i anticipated. We have had them all summer and I will simply say that for the price they can’t be beat. Assembly was fairly easy, they are very sturdy and look really good around our firepit and pool. In a perfect world the cushions could be a tad bit thicker, but at this price that’s unreasonable. I would buy this set again without reservation. Assembled easily, look great, then I sat down... Bar that connects two halves of lounger is right where you sit. Very uncomfortable. I tried adjusting the way I sat but difficult to find a comfortable position. Had my various family members sit in it and every one of us sat right on the very uncomfortable bar. If someone plopped down on this they could bruise their tail bone. The link to these chairs has reviews for the outdoor sofa set which I feel was misleading. Return process was fairly smooth however I had to pay $113.00 for FedEx to ship back. I considered keeping because shipping so expensive but the chaise lounge was too uncomfortable for me to feel good about it. I learned my lesson and will check return policy/shipping cost or buy furniture in person from now on. ... show more
