I had purchased a cheaper frother that was battery operated. It doesn't come close to the power this Maestri House Rechargeable frother has. I use half & half in my coffee, this frother whips it almost into whipped cream. The charge on it lasts a really long time as well. It took 2 months of every morning use before I charged it again. Even then the little light hadn't turned red yet, & it seemed like the frother power was just starting to wane, plus I didn't want to take it down to complete dead state either. The on\off switch is also much better design then my 1st frother, which had the on/off on top of it. The Maestri has the button on the side & is a much sturdier button. The detachable wand is also longer, allowing frothing into a deeper travel tumbler. The longer wand & side button placement is much easier to use because your hand placement on it is more ergonomic, at least imo. I love my frother, it has spoiled me. ... show more

I like the build quality of the frother and the speed of it, which is great for making lattes in the morning. I also like how it is rechargeable, so no bothering with replacing the battery. One gripe is that it’s a bit on the heavy and bulkier side.

Easy to use and clean. Just follow instructions that say not to fill more than 1/3 of cup with milk. Hard to put whisk on but I’m happy just leaving it on. Charged once and used 100 times in first 4 weeks before I needed to recharge it.

I use this milk frother for my coffee. I have owned 3-4 milk frothers and none of the others come close to this one. I’ve actually wasted my money buying frothers in search of “the perfect one”. This is IT!! Yes, it is powerful, just as the users manual says. Very powerful for a small handheld appliance! I absolutely LOVE it! Some users have complained about the sloshing out of the mug power. I suggest those people pull out the users manual and use as instructed on pages 5-6. It explains exactly how to use it. I am contemplating buying a spare for “just in case”. I never want to be without one of these! ... show more

Great frother. Rechargeabl and the head can detach for easy replacement. I would have given it 5 stars but there is only one power setting and it is too powerful for a cup of coffee which will get flung all over your countertop.
