Going on hikes with my dog in Arizona it can be hot. He is a pretty fussy boy and drinking from a unknown water dish was difficult. This one fits in my bag, is washable, and he drank from it first time I tried!! My dog is 20 lbs and this is fine for him. If you have one that was 30 lbs or 10 lbs I think this is the size to get. ... show more

I guess you get what you pay for, this thing is not worth buying. I dropped it about 3 feet onto a hard wood floor and the silicone splits. Still usable, just not for water. It falls out of my rig onto gravel, and the whole slide splits open and the bottom falls out. don't know if it was just mine, but this is not worth the money ... show more
