After 3 months of having this trampoline, it has failed, the piles are bending and breaking, but the biggest concern is the safety net not being that. The safety net comes apart from the trampoline itself causing a hazard for your children to fall through the springs. I called the manufacturer who told us to deal with Amazon. My box came opened let me add first. Thought maybe it was an accident. Missing a couple pieces for the legs, the trampoline itself was filthy and covered with dirt, had to get a broom and sweep it off. Instructions were very vague. Weight limit is sad. My 30lbs daughter couldn’t jump on it without it seeming like it wanted to give. Believe it was used before I got it. Edit: they fixed every issue I had. ... show more

We ordered this trampoline and it's extremely affordable. The directions make for easy assembly and can be done with ease. My kid loves the lights and I'm sure will like the water feature when it warms up. Had a slight issue with some springs but customer service is outstanding and shipped us some new ones very quickly. The safety net actually works and the spring covers keep my kid from accidently getting hurt. 10/10 would recommend to others. ... show more

    • Quality Issue - overly complicated assembly
We’ve had several trampolines. This one isn’t constructed the same as the others. It was overly complicated to put together and appears very flimsy. I would not recommend this for the amount of money you are spending.

    • Fun but kind of shaky
Lots of fun but doesn’t feel incredibly stable. Also pretty tough to assemble because some of the openings to the metal tubes were bent. It was fixable but annoying. The box was also destroyed when it arrived.

Bought for my daughters 9th birthday. Set up was straight forward- even for 1 person. Came with lots of extras and customer service was fantastic when we had a question. My daughter and her friends love it and I love the safety features of the net. Great buy!
