Nice looking chair. It’s big so make sure you measure it. Air flow for legs doesn’t work well. It doesn’t really squeeze your neck but it does upper back well. The strongest part is your buttocks, but then again, you’re sitting on it. It is not a chair to sit in and relax. It is a massage chair. Obviously. It squeezes the airflow on your forearm really well. Zero gravity is ok I’ve been in better. I live with chronic shoulder pain and body pain & this chair is ok to help & im 5’6 & 155 pds., I don’t consider myself small, so I bought this chair. We were impressed with this massage chair. It looks great and exudes the solid feel of a professional massage chair. Advantage: Programming: Various massage modes from acupressure to kneading and rolling provide a variety of relaxation options. The air compression feature, in particular, has been a game changer when it comes to soothing muscles and promoting overall relaxation. With its extensive massage function from the shoulders to the waist, this chair has become a source of daily comfort. Cons: No provision for saving custom presets. I wish there were an option to save settings for 2-3 users. Turns out the user manual wasn't enough, I would have liked to have received a comprehensive user manual. Overall, we love this product and use it every day. Considering the price, features, build quality, and performance of this chair, you can’t go wrong with it. They have greatly enjoyed this chair, and I'd like to highlight what has made it so special: Positives: One of the standout features of this massage chair is its ability to provide a soothing massage that covers a broad area, starting from the shoulders and extending to the lower back. We liked the three intensity levels that it offered. The lowest setting is perfectly gentle for seniors. The heating feature is a nice touch, but they like the ability to recline the chair. The foot massage feature is truly exceptional. It's on par with dedicated foot massagers. This feature alone has become a daily favorite. I must mention the delivery service was exceptional. It is super convenient. The delivery service moved the chair directly into their living room, sparing us from the hassle of moving it ourselves. Negatives: On a less positive note, the user manual left a lot to be desired. It's a single-page document that lacks the necessary detail to understand and utilize all the features fully. A more comprehensive manual would have been greatly appreciated. ... show more
