It’s a nice little bit of extra heat right in front. Holds up the 75” tv with no problems. The media could not be loaded. Our unit delivered damaged and we were able to contact the seller to request a replacement. They shipped it out quickly. It is a hheavy package! Be sure to check for damage before beginning to put it together. It took me a few days to do it alone but be patient and read instructions it's not difficult. The fireplace insert is nice. I'm glad that the heat isn't close to the floor like the portable units are so my dog doesn't hurt himself. The remote is great too. Beautiful and same size as my 86 inch Tv ... show more

There wasn't any dislikes but there were some concerns with cracks found. See images. Recommend you use a dolly to position the boxes in your assembling area, then take everything out, as shown in image, to inspect for damage that would prevent you from have a successful assembly. It took me a total of 4 hours to remove everything from the box, assemble, and positioning into place. It was a very easy assemble. The fire box is manageable but the stand is very heavy. The heat output is great and fireplace functionality is great. Well worth the money. I couldn't give it five stars due to the cracks, but I would highly recommend it to anyone that ask. Who ever was the designer on this Cabinet was terrible! Instructions were not correct in places where you had to use common sense on how to put this together! If you did everything per the instructions youd end up breaking the cabinet! Not to mention this is a cheap cabinet! Not happy with this purchase at all< especially for the money!! My wife and I have been wanting a fireplace in our master since we never had that before but always liked the look of it in other models. This did the trick. I’m not sure how this took anyone 8 hours to put together. I had help from my son and a drill to speed it up. It was done in about an hour and 1/2. It looks great. Highly recommend. The only con was I had a vision the shelves could hold vinyl records but unfortunately not quite deep enough. They would have to be laid flat, not showing the spine. The media could not be loaded. Gorgeous looking but poorly made product. Came in with damaged pieces. I hope it holds up. Shipping experience was awful. Received the fireplace fast with no damage but TV stand was returned die to damage and I had to wait almost 3 weeks to receive the other TV stand which also had damage. I'm so over it I put it together anyway. I just hope it holds up. I will never buy this again very cheaply made for the price. Looks beautiful though. Also flame colors are not like pictures.
