I’m pleasantly surprised by this bench. It’s very sturdy. It was extremely easy to put together. The fabric underneath came ripped and is cheap but has nothing to do with the bench. I am using it for step ups as well and wasn’t sure if I would go flying off of it but it works great.

Arrived quickly in good condition, easy to assemble. Welded joints in the unit I got seem strong (but from other reviews there seem to have been some quality control problems). I weigh 150, use this for PT exercises with light weights and it seems good for this purpose, doesn't take up too much space, easy to move out of the way. Durable, easy to use, doesn’t take much space. It’s not foldable. But it’s light enough to move around. The back is adjustable and it lays flat. Unfortunately no decline but it’s a great bench.

Not the highest of quality but good for the price. Would have given it 4 stars but the bench came with 2 washers for the floor balancer and one of the washers was the wrong size and didn’t fit. Luckily I had extra washers laying around but something so simple shouldn’t be missed. If I didn’t have extras I would’ve had to go to the hardware store and it would’ve been a major pain. Build quality is decent, good for the price. I wish it was on wheels to make it easier to move. I have to pick it up from the bottom to move it around and there’s a lot of pinch points so you need to be careful if you need to change locations. I mainly use this for bench and dumbbell workouts so it serves its purpose but I kind of wish I would’ve spent some extra $ and gone with something else. ... show more

Love this bench because it goes from a seated position, so I can have back support on my shoulder dumbbell presses. Also, the incline is amazing! I can do so many workouts on this bench. The decline is very important as well. Decline dumbbell presses and decline bench press is a must. Please remember these exercises because they’re important for your chest.
