The even sent a letter promising to replace it for free if there was any damage to any pieces. It’s beautiful craftsmanship and the carrying case is nice and very portable for travel. Bought as a gift. Love the color. The travel case is great for mobility and also for storage. The tea steeper in the pot is great so it doesn’t spill into the tea. Gift recipient loved it. The whole kit is thoughtful, including the wooden platform. Not sure about how easy it is to clean, but I take it if you clean right after use, you shouldn’t have a problem. ... show more

This tea set is really nice! Packed in a nice canvas carry case with protective hard foam cushioning. The set is perfect for tea sampling or medicinal tea preparations. The cups are small and the teapot capacity is also small. The pour design of the tea pot is cool - be sure to have the strainer seated correctly in the pot for the correct tilt when pouring. So cute! I have not used this yet but it came on time, perfectly intact! The case is cute, also though you need to keep the foam inside of it to hold the parts in place. Gorgeous tea set that I definitely recommend. The sellers are also so nice and willing to help if the product came in damaged, etc.

The tea set is lovely and it seems very functional. It just arrived and I have yet to actually use it, but I look forward to doing so. It does seem rather delicate as has been noted but that should be expected really. Be that as it may: by the water spots on all the pieces, the fact that the pieces were not fitted into their positions within the case properly, and a small bit of loose-leaf tea was found in one of the cups I must assume it had been used before it came to me and was probably a return that was integrated into their warehouse as new. This is an assumption and certainly the evidence is not conclusive, but it is a reasonable inference. The set seems in good condition so I will not begin process of return at this time. ... show more

Love the colors and design. Used this in my wedding tea ceremony. The packaging the tea set came with included the travel case/bag which protected it while it shipped to me and also allow me to travel with it without any worry for it getting damage.
