I am overall very pleased with this. The only thing is that it is so small and delicate you have to be VERY careful. The teapot glass is VERY thin. The fingerholes are small so it could be easy to loose your grip and drop it. But if you feel your little tea sipping hands are delicate enough then it will be a joy to use. It is just as pictured. This is a personal one person tea pot with a cup, pot, steeper, lid and little tea cup plate. The pot looks little taken out of the cup, and it is, but it holds about 12 oz of liquid. So you get about 2 "cups" of tea, and I mean is, you get to fill the tea cup it came with twice before it runs out of the clear pot. It's dainty, sweet and small and a bit delicate, but even with my clumsy hands it hasn't cracked or chipped...yet. ... show more

One thing to know before buying. If you are going to actually use it, I do NOT recommend making you hot water in the pot. You boil your water in a different pot, or microwave it in the microwave in a measuring cup. Then you pour the hot water slowly over the tea in the strainer. This is a serving pot only. The pot itself will get too hot and be unsuable if you make the hot water in it. It is not meant to be a quick fix either. There is an art to making really good tea. ... show more
