    • Great quality for the price!
I got my Lumbi on sale and wasn’t sure what to expect with the price, so many hands free pumps are in the $200s at least. I have been pleasantly surprised. The pump empties me out more than my spectra (like a 4oz difference) and is surprisingly comfortable. It doesn’t hurt me like other pumps do. I also love that it comes with more practical sized flanges and options instead of just a 24mm. The silicone is great and makes it comfortable and easy to wear. I love the modes available and the suction. I have also been able to bend over and pick things up while wearing it without causing a spill as long as it’s not full. A full battery gets you about 4 30 minute pumping sessions. Also, it is very easy to clean. Cons are- It is a bit bulky to me and a little noisy (probably as loud as my spectra) but it’s my first hands free pump so I’m not sure how it compares to others. They do charge unevenly but it’s only about a 10 minute difference. It takes some adjusting to pour the milk out without spilling a few drops but overall this is a great pump, I would buy it again no doubt. ... show more

I was using my spectra pump for a while because I was able to produce a large milk supply with it, but this portable pump came in handy when my baby started becoming more mobile and I needed to tend to him while doing chores around the house. I now use it at work and while I’m driving. The silicone material is softer and more comfortable than the hard plastic flanges of my other pumps. Since it’s a softer material though, you have to make sure to fully seal all the edges of the shield against the milk collector cup to prevent leaks. I was rushing my first time and didn’t check, so a little milk leaked into my bra. When pouring my milk out, I remove the motor first so it doesn’t get wet. I use my thumb to hold down the diaphragm to prevent leaks. It can sometimes get a little loose while I pour out the milk since the motor isn’t there to secure it into place anymore. That’s the only thing I had to be extra cautious with when pouring put the milk, but I was able to get use to that extra step pretty quickly. No issues since! I love how it doesn’t stick up out of my bra and that it doesn’t require tubing. I like to change modes a lot while I pump, so it’s nice to not have to reach for a motor especially while driving like I do with my elvie portables. The media could not be loaded. Not a first time mom or breastfeeding/pumping mom. I didn't have a wearable pump with my first and I regretted it as I felt attached to a wall more than I felt free to go about daily life. Now that I have 2 kiddos, I knew I would need something that I coukd continue on about daily life with a 7 year old and newborn. After a month of research and joining the Facebook group - LATCHED (Breastfeeding & Pumping Support Group) - I got recommendations from there from real moms and real experiences, I decided on Lumbi (they are an authorized seller within the group). I figured, if it works -> AWESOME! If not -> I'm only out roughly $100 instead of a few hundred. Plus, this is a small business. I rather support small business instead of big companies. I currently have the Spectra S2 Plus as my main pump. The Lumbi wearable is nearly IDENTICAL to the Spectra for me. I say nearly because the noise level of the wearable seems just a slight bit louder than the Spectra -> not ideal (in my opinion) for working moms that work face to face with the public if you are looking for that whisper quiet pump. However, noise aside, this fits snug in my MamaCozy nursing m/hands free bra. It has great suction, I use level 10 on my spectra - but this I use a level 4 (goes upto level 9) and it that level feels just like mt Spectra suction. I've only used once so far, so I'm not sure about battery life yet. It does NOT come with a USB wall adapter for the charging cords - you will have to purchase that separately unless you have extra ones laying around. That was a let down, but I have plenty of them laying around from previous phones over the years. The silicone pieces will pick up any slight spec of dust/dirt, but that is just how silicone is - just rinse it off. Overall: This wearable empties me just as good as the Spectra. This wearable pump works just as well as the ones that cost five times as much. I also love that they’re completely wireless/cordless. And the silicone part that fits on top of your breast is very comfy. The one downside is that the batteries don’t last long. If you are exclusively pumping, these may not be for you. I’m not exclusively pumping, so they work great for me. Just charge them after every two uses and you’ll be fine. ... show more

I’ve been using this pump for a few months now and can’t say enough good things. It’s so easy to clean and put together, comfortable to wear, and my output is very similar to what I get from my spectra. I have another wearable and I will always reach for this one first. 10/10 recommend.
