What a piece of junk. All the spot welds broken right off as soon as I put a single 4x4 on the rack. Not even close to the weight capacity. Beware- this could kill someone after loading all your lumber and the welds failing.

Initially I was disappointed, when I picked up the oackage I noticed it was much liter than expected. Sure enough, while the shelvs were metal, the bracket to the wall was plastic. Seriously?? I would have returned them but there was a time factor involved and I needed them.

    • Would Not Trust Them With Stated 920 Pounds / Might Use For 1x2 Firring Strips / Short Lumber

These are lightweight brackets. I looked forward to storing some miscellaneous long lumber so I didn't have to move it off the lumber I use most. Not going to trust them for that. Definitely wouldn't put 920 pounds on them or the timbers depicted in the illustration. Just going to use close together now for short pieces and some 1x2 furring strips. When mounting be sure they are in a place where the back piece comes into full contact with mounting surface. Not a good product. Not a good value. ... show more
