The media could not be loaded. Updated review..customer service got back to me very quickly and they handled my situation in such a great manner that even though I was disappointed with my original purchase they did everything to make me happy without me causing too much of a fuss and for that reason I would definitely purchase from them in the future, I believe I probably did just get a faulty product and that happens sometimes so thank you for excellent customer service!! ******************* I haven't even wheeled my suitcase out of the house and the side handle broke when I picked it up to weigh it in which it only weighs 37lbs and this is for the large suitcase.. Now I have to be worried about returning the entire set when I return all because of this breaking before I even get to use it. I love this luggage set. I had been eyeing it for months, but I decided to go ahead and purchase it. I took the 2 largest pieces with me on a 7 day cruise and it worked perfectly. It did receive a scratch here or there, but it looks as if I can wipe it off.

    • Damaged and scratched after only one usage :(
I brought this in Novemeber 2023 and paid over $200 for it I didn't expect the suitcases to get scratched to reveal black underneath and one corner of one suitcase get severely dented. Disappointed for the price I should have chosen differently the reviews said it was sturdy. I wanted to wait to write a review of this luggage until after we had returned from 10 days in Italy. And I can’t say enough good things about it! We got the champagne gold color, which is a great neutral for both me and my husband. Through three airports, two train stations, and four hotels, it has no dings, scratches or cracks. It rolls and pivots so smoothly, even down the cobblestone streets in Venice, Florence and Rome! All three sizes are expandable, which is rare for a set. And the multiple zip-up compartments and locking straps on the inside make it easy to keep things organized. The TSA-approved locks are great, but the instructions included with the luggage are not clear or helpful. But we found a YouTube video that explained everything, and they worked perfectly.
