I was really impressed of all the quality that came! It was delivered during the same week as ordered by Fed Ex Home 5 100lb boxes, very well packaged. The instructions were spot on. The installers made several comments about how sturdy this gazebo is. It went together smoothly. It did take a crew of two two about 5 hours to put together. I love that it has cedar post and cedar trim. Real wood! All the other components are powder coated metal and I'm looking forward to see how this works in my first rain storm. The value for my money is awesome because I will not have to continually replace tarps. ... show more

I seen a gazebo at costco but was very expensive, I found this one on Amazon. Followed the direction and it went up very easy. My husband and I put it together, neighbor came over to help square it up. Only issue I had was with delivery, tracked the boxes, it was supposed to show up on a Tuesday but it did not, it showed up the next day, had to take a day off work because they state someone has to be home to receive and sign, I didn't not sign anything. After it was up contacted company about the curtains, the customer service was quick and responsive. I would definitely recommend this Gazebo, great product and price. ... show more

I needed something to cover the back patio deck and the dimensions including the height were just right to clear the top of the door frame. What I didn’t take into account were the cross beams and where they would come across coming out of the door. Luck for me the doors open in! The only modification I needed to make was to lift the entire pergola at least 7 inches. That gets it close to the top of the door. Some people might still have to duck just a little just outside the door. As for everything else. Delivery was a little crazy. It was 3 different days! No one was asked to sign for anything. They just put the boxes down and left. It would have been helpful to have tracking on all 5 boxes not just 1. I had tracking on 1, the last one. The assembly wasn’t super complicated but it did take time. My situation was a lot different than most so I won’t comment on how long and how many people but it helps to have at least 1-2 other people. All the parts were there. The instructions could have been a little more helpful but you could understand them. The roof was the hard part and it did not go together correctly. I had to modify it slightly. I expected it to leak a little (which it did). I ended up spraying the whole midline with flexseal and sealing the underside, that took care of the problem. I anchored to the blocks that I lifted with and it is solid in place. It has rained many times since then and no leaks. It provides nice shade from the sun. It will be interesting to see what happens in the winter with the snow. Hopefully it will hold up like it says. Otherwise I will be editing this review to reflect that. ... show more

Super sold and easy to build. Glad we went with this one. I think the guy who says it's wobbly and leaks definitely didn't put it together right. We've had it up a few months and has been holding up perfectly and doesn't leak at all. Thinking about getting a second one to put right next to it. Great buy! ... show more

I am very impressed how this went together. A tech of many years. Every piece fit well. If you put together correctly it will not leak and provides wonderful shade and a great entertainment area.

Very well designed. Structure appear to be very sturdy after fully assemble. Good step by step instruction but could have used some wording for clarity. The four main posts could be design so that they are less hollow. Over all it appears to be very good product.
