Great replace for the bucket I was using. In the pictures I tried to give an idea on the size. My 5 lb protein container next to new 5 gal potting bag. The old canter holds about 1 1/2 gals of water. It did seem small when I first got it but now that it’s filled with dirt and stretched out a little, I think it’s the perfect size and much better than a 5 gallon bucket. Arrived on time, in perfect condition. (I did receive 5, I ended up using one immediately before writing this review, which is why only 4 are visible in the pic included. ) Don't know the dimensions of them, didn't check to see if they are what they say they are, but what I know is they are working for me. I was able to transfer my vegetable plants that were in garden buckets, into these garden bags with only a little hassle, but once transferred everything was good. They look good, are easy to move, and allow my vegetables to get water well and drain out well, better than the garden buckets. I am glad I got them to try. ... show more

That was the first time I used grow bags and I thought I could get away with using 3 gallon and I definitely should have used the 5 gallon. I would definitely recommend getting the bigger ones right off the back

I decided to plant some of my tomatoes and cucumbers in grow bags this year so I can have more space in my beds for carrots, beets and other veges. These bags are working out perfectly! Good drainage and sturdy enough that I feel comfortable moving them when needed.

The bags are just ok. I have a few older ones that are a lot better quality. One of the bags has about 3" of the bottom unsewn, creating a big hole. Now they will send new ones and I will have to go to a UPS drop off center, using my gas and time. Not worth it for $12. If American made goods were available, I would be happy to pay more for them, but, sadly, there are not any. It is crazy that I have gotten to the point of 80% quality being average. I guess that's what we get for surrendering our economy to China. ... show more

They breathe. They’re easy to fill. They have handles and are easy to tote around. And they won’t freeze and break when left out over winter.
