The Nuevo folding door offers a flair of design to your room. This vinyl door is a solid single wall panel door with flexible vinyl hinges. This maintenance-free door fits openings from 24″ to 36″ wide by 80″ high. It may be installed as a double door, by using two single doors. Can be used with our folding door lock. I live in a double wide without much room, and none of the three bedroom closets came with doors. After several years of getting by with shower curtains, I decided to make it look tidier with a trio of these. I like them, they block about 90% of the closet light if it’s left on, so I now use my kid’s closet light as a night-light. It feels very light, but hasn’t Been as fragile as I was afraid of, and assembly was simple, each one installing more quickly than the previous one. Great price for a door of this type, and really easy to install. I put mine up to replace a pocket door that collapsed inside the wall. In the economic future I will be installing a barn door there, but this is a nice temporary fix, especially since it is for the bathroom! Overall I am pretty satisfied with it. ... show more

I finally got to install this accordion pleated door I ordered late fall. I like the idea that you can choose either white or the black hardware (all included). The only issue I have is that it's a little flimsy, thinner that what I replaced (that's why a 3 star rating). It serves the purpose of having privacy in my little place. First off, if you're installing in an RV, this does not come with the plastic door jamb piece and was too narrow to slide back into our old one. So we're now trying to screw it to the wall. The ends pretty much fell apart when sawing to fit height. Also, if you're wondering whether you can remove a panel to fit a 24" door frame, no--you cannot. But it doesn't look bad semi-folded. This is not solid-colored like it looks in the photo, but has a bit of stamped texture which looks okay. The hangers are fairly sturdy, though. I wish the instructions included a chart or at least a hint to indicate how much of the door to cut off for non-standard doorway heights - something like, "for a 78" opening, cut off X inches; for a 76" opening, cut off X+2 inches", and so on - like they do for the doorway width. I had to estimate and didn't cut off quite enough. There was no way I was going to cut off another half inch with a hacksaw. One bout of that was enough. The door functions (with some effort) and in the long run that's all I care about. ... show more

This item was broken in the box and supper thin material that shattered. Unfortunately since I was remodeling, I purchased this before we installed everything, and it was the last to be installed. Found it broken up in the box. Therefore I couldn't return it either. SAVE YOUR money - this is not a good purchase. They wouldn't even talk to me - no call back from the 'manufacturer'. I used two of these doors to replace a double door. no issues with delivery, instructions or installation. BUT once I got it in, I noticed a broken piece at the bottom (see pic). I already had it completely installed ( old doors off, and both new doors in).

    • The door is nice looking, but the parts didn't fit together
The door is nice looking, but the parts didn't fit together. The rings wouldn't securely snap. It was very hard to get the hangers on. The vinyl handle holes were not aligned properly making the handle really difficult to get together with the other piece. The vinyl channel that attached to the handle part had the vinyl pulling out. It took me 25 minutes to replace the vinyl. The screws were very short. I would recommend the manufacturer include longer and better screws with a flat head so that the door glides can work. ... show more
