Works great. I'm 5'8" and I fit great in the thing. The product holds together and creates a solid sealed case. With no screws to come loose, the blue tooth speakers work great. I personally use rainforest sounds while im in there. The controls are easy to use. The bench seat is great. The floor heater will need to be cleaned as it gets sweat falling all over it. There is not much room to adjust once inside but I am good with that. I set it up in my garage and it fits perfectly. I was absolute floored that this sauna can be put together without the use of a single tool. The panels slide and lock together and the wiring and consoles (and speakers) are pre-installed. It is more of a two-person job because of the lifting and balancing of the panels but this sauna can be put together and running in 30 minutes or less. As far as operations, works perfectly. Gets up to 140 in 10 minutes or so. It is a one-person sauna so if you are on the taller/bigger side, it could be a little cramped. Other than that, totally exceeded my expectations. I needed something compact for my guest bathroom, and this little Gem did the trick. It adds a great touch to the amenities for our guests and our home gym. It’s compact and doesn’t take up much room, it was super easy to put together (I did it on my lunch break), and it’s not loud when you turn it on. I only waiters maybe a week and a half/ 2 weeks for it to arrive. I received it today, and it was well packed, no scuffs rips in the packaging at all. Great single person sauna. Temp get's up to 140, and will give you a really good sweat! I highly recommend it. 1-6-24 Update: Dropping a star because you have to manually keep an eye on the temp. It will never stay hot the entire time for you. This is still a great sauna, but it has some type of safety mechanism that drops the temp once it hits 140. It is a bit annoying that you have to babysit the tempeture. I found out that the best way to keep the temperture up is turning it off and on again in 10 to 15 min intervals. If you don't do this you will watch and feel the temp drop. ... show more
