    • I Am No Longer A Skeptic! Nice!!!
When I requested this foot sauna, I jokingly told my husband, "I guess this is like a Star Trek sonic shower. Not a real thing!" But I was wrong. This foot sauna is a very real thing and it works. I have been using the sauna for three full weeks and I am permanently hooked. Not only has it been great for my Rheumatoid Arthritis, but it has also worked wonders on my muscle issues. I suffer from a neuromuscular disease that causes extreme muscle weakness. This sauna has given me great relief and is particularly helpful after I complete my at-home physical therapy routine. I mostly use the sauna in a sitting position. I find that is the most comfortable for me. I found it easy to operate. The controls can be easily accessed while using the sauna, so temperature adjustments can be made without discomfort. The unit is easy to maintain. I wipe the entire unit down after each use with a microfiber cloth. I handwash the thermal cover and I allow it to air dry. I also use a microfiber cloth to clean the pedal. I wring the cloth tightly to remove practically all the water. After everything is dry (not including the leg cuffs) I cover the unit with the plastic bag it was shipped in. I store mine in my closet. This is not a small unit so please pay attention to the measurements before ordering. I am very pleased with my foot sauna! It is sturdy! The hemlock is of good quality and the unit is attractive. I think it is fairly priced! I am no longer a skeptic! ... show more

This is really a fantastic gift! We use it at our sports recovery facility to treat injured athletes. First they sit in an ionic footbath and then move on to this foot sauna for additional benefits…it can relieve various muscle pains, relieve fatigue, and it further helps with perspiration and discharges toxins from the body, after the ionic footpath. My star ratings are based as follows: 5⭐️ - love it, can’t live without it. Outstanding and amazing. 4⭐️ - pretty great, no major flaws. 3⭐️ - got some issues going on. 2⭐️ - pretty flawed product. 1⭐️ - don’t waste your time or money. Just not worth it. ... show more

    • Miracle if you have foot problems like tendonitis or bursitis.
I don't know if it's the placebo effect or if this magic UV sauna is really helping me get the blood flowing because I'm finally starting to feel like myself again. I've suffered with Achilles tendonitis for longer than I'd care to admit. I've tried everything you can imagine and more from cold socks, hot foot baths, calf wedges, shoe lifts, shoe inserts, etc etc etc. (exhausting, I know). This is the only thing I feel is taking me in the right direction of healing. It takes a few minutes to get up to temp especially if you are going to the higher temps. I'm doing about 40 minutes a day (not sure if daily is the way to go but so far so good). My only concern is that you might have issues if you have big feet because I wear a size 11 and I feel like my toes are pretty close to touching the sides so no bigfoots allowed I suppose. The footboard keeps you from feeling any sharp heat from touching the sides directly or the floor. It looks sharp in the wood (hemlock). I'm not sure I would pay the extra money for the red cedar aesthetic when they do the same function, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. 9/10 I would recommend it for you suffering foot problems. So this is interesting. I got this for my husband because he stays cold. His feet are always cold and I just wanted to get him something that he could use to help. I can't give specifics because it's still over 90 degrees here. I'm going to wait to tell about the heat. I can say it is pretty big. It does have a lot of wood and there wasn't really any assembly required. I just pulled it out the box. When he uses it I'll give an update. ... show more

Infrared Therapy Foot Sauna Bucket: $219.00 at the time of review I don't often go out of my way to spoil myself. I mean, when I need a new fill in the blank I usually wait a while until I replace whatever it is I have. But this infrared foot sauna was an exception. The funny thing is though that I don't think I'll need it for a few months. As I write this review, it's currently smack dab in the middle of the summer. But I ordered this sauna for myself because my feet tend to get very cold in the winter. So when I saw this pop up on Amazon I figured it would be a great solution to warming up my feet quickly when it's cold out. The sauna itself is very well constructed with a nice hemlock wood outer. It's also quite easy to use. The controls are right on top and clear and easy to read. I also really appreciate the removable cloth sleeve. I don't really intend to use this to the point that my feet and lower legs get sweaty, but it's nice to know that that removable sleeve is washable. Probably the only (very minor) complaint that I have here is the price. A cursory search of Amazon found a couple of other options for around $50-$60 less. But honestly, this one works very well and I don't know how well those work. Overall I'm glad that I ordered this. It's a nice experience for tired feet and I look forward to using it in the winter when my feet get extra cold. The price is a little on the high side, but then again, this is kind of a luxury item and not a necessity. So overall, my final score is going to end up being four stars out of five. I'd still probably order this one over again though, as it works well for me. ... show more
