At 235lbs and 5'9" with moderate foopah, big thighs and derriere this shapewear fit comfortably. When putting it on, make sure you fully adjust on your waist, buttocks and thighs. It would be nice to it had three rows of hooks as the 3xl isn't as snug as I'd like for my waist, but perfect for my backside. Tried it on with bodycon dress and it looked okay...would like a cinched effect. It fit well, didn't do as I expected. Left is without, right is with, it didn't look like it made a big difference on stomach but on butt it did. But the fit felt good, and fabric was nice!

So I wear a size medium in clothes or sometimes small but definitely got a size small so I can lose my pregnancy fat and omg let me tell you ladies this shapewear literally hid my pregnancy fat but see that's not why I bought I bought it so I can lose weight in it and I will be back in a month or to show you the before and after progress I recommend this shapewear!!! ... show more

This is a great shaper for the price. I have many and have bought many duds but this one delivers. Material is thick but breathable and legs do not roll which is amazing. I’m 5’5 229, w/50 in hips but 36 waist I got the 5x I’m in hopes my thighs would fit and my circulation would not be cut off, but I def. could have gone with the 4x for a more snatched look. I’m wearing under a maxi dress for a wedding but will be ordering a smaller one for more form fitting dresses but it smoothes beautifully, tucks that FUPA, lifts your butt CRAZY 🤪 and is comfortable even in 80 degree weather (I tested it today) highly recommended as affordable option ... show more

I bought this to wear under my bridesmaid dress at my brother’s wedding. It wasn’t the most uncomfortable shapewear I’ve worn, and it stayed up very well (didn’t move once on). I was concerned it might not fit when I first tried it, and it was definitely tight, but it did its job and I was nice and smooth under my dress. overall great shape but a few concerns: you may have issues with the top rolling down if you are short-avg in height. I’m 5’ 6”, 180 lbs and bought a size L and the top of the shaper loosely comes up over the rib cage and hits just above the bottom of my bra causing some rolling down unless I have something more fitted on top. Also, this definitely defines and lifts my butt, but when I wear this there is a sharp line underneath my butt almost making it look like I’m wearing a diaper, so I will only wear this with a dress rather than tight pants. Keep in mind also that there is no slit in the bottom to pee. It’s pretty comfortable for a shaper though, and the shape it gives me is 10/10! ... show more
