I’ve been using Good Girl Probiotics for a good 3 years. It’s done wonders for my hormones and mental health. They changed their formula recently and unfortunately their new one works nothing like the first one (this one). Feels like I’m not taking anything at all. I’m glad I found this version on Amazon but I’m afraid that they’re going to stop making it eventually when they run out. I’m screwed 😕. Best ones I've tried so far. Only thing is if your traveling take the Bottle with you. If you put them in a Pill Box they dry up and the powder is all hard inside them.
