We love our Loop frame. I have tried other digital frames in the past, but none were 'the one.' this one was so easy to set up, and the process if adding is so much easier than those I've used before. The look of a matt around the images is nice and I love that I can upload both portrait and landscape photos and it automatically adjusts- no weird cropping. In addition, I like that it has a night mode where it turns into a clock at the time we set. Our old ones kept a bright light shining in our kitchen at night, whereas this one is now a subtle clock from 9pm-6am. Highly recommend this frame. It also has cool settings for "grandparent" mode if you are considering it as a gift. ... show more

Bought this product under the belief it was a finished product, but you are buying an early access prototype. The app doesn't function correctly (can't share with family) and is set to early access developer mode so that you can't see how poorly rated it is. We are being charged to beta test their product, don't bother Edit:. The update from the company is that they don't officially support Android devices, which is why the app doesn't work well and is in "early access". This isn't mentioned anywhere ... show more

Adjusted this from a 1 star to a 4 star review. The picture frame is very nice and easy to set up - as soon as one actually gets all parts together. The first frame arrived without a stand. The second frame arrived with an out-of-spec power supply and the frame turned black after a few hours (known issue). Loop replaced the power supply fast and for free - so at least the customer service experience was good. Taken together, great frame but their QC could be better. Be prepared to deal with such hick-ups if this is supposed to be a gift. ... show more

This was for my mother in law. It was easy for me to set up for her. She loves it! She lives in assisted living and does not have wifi and it works fine other than you can't send photos to her automatically of course.
