I have very sensitive skin and allergies to many soaps so I use body wash every day to shower. I have purchased multiple sets of the Loofah Back-Scrubber & Bath-Sponges and the Bath-Sponge sets themselves. I have been using this product for a few years now. They are very dependable and last more than 6 months before they start to loosen. The set in this picture is more than a year old and still going strong. My wife is using their bath-sponges now. In addition, their customer service is OUTSTANDING! I ordered a new set this past summer to replace one that was a year old. I began using it and after one week, the back-scrubber's string broke and the material unwound. I emailed their customer service late Friday evening not expecting a reply until the following week. I was so surprised when I received a reply the next morning (Saturday). They refunded my entire purchase price, even though it was only the back-scrubber that was defective. I ordered another set. I recommend this product to anyone and this company's customer service is second to none! ... show more
