Definitely a great low cost beginner telescope. You get what you pay for, and this is a great example of those words, purchased on sale because we moved to a city with a beautiful night sky. Set up was fairly easy and the materials seem to be decent quality, the telescope itself looks pretty sleek and everything fit together nicely. Once set up you will need to dial it in a bit to get it accurate but its a blast once set up. Great magnification of the moon.
