I really like the classic lines and styling of this set. Lots of size options, depending on the needs of each trip. The only drawback I've found is that a couple of the suitcases have flimsy extending handles. As in, they don't stay up once you've extended them. Really annoying when walking through an airport. I absolutely love the aesthetics of this luggage set. They roll easy through busy airports, and are easy to spot on the baggage claim carousel. They nest well inside one another for storage, and my husband and I easily managed the whole set on a trip to Greece. They did make it all the way there and back still intact. However, we did use the carry on bag for a short flight prior to the flight to Europe, and after a single one hour flight, the metal embellishments were already visibly scratched up (see photo). In addition we had an issue with the teeth of one of the zippers separating. I did manage to get it fixed, but that shouldn’t happen with brand new luggage. It is also notable that the make-up bag really only stacks efficiently on the carry on bag because it has the longest handle. If you put it on the handle of any of the other two suitcases, the handle isn’t tall enough to be able to grab above the other bag, and pull it through the airport. ... show more

I purchased the Queensbury Collection from London Fog after diligently searching on-line reviews for several months. The metal handle to “wheel the luggage” broke after only one trip as it is very light and not sturdy - making it easy to bend and break.
