I’ve had previous versions of these for two different iPad models in years past, so I was confident this would be just as good, but I was a little concerned that the Amazon reviews weren’t as good overall. Well, I’ve been using it for a couple months and can confidently say it’s as good as always. I’m not going to write a long “from scratch” review, but instead I will take it as axiomatic that Combo Touches are awesome. They’re way more affordable than Apple keyboards but are as good if not better than them. So, improvements from previous models I’ve used: - bigger trackpad, works great, basically as good as Mac - the case when detached from keyboard is a little less bulky and heavy-feeling. I used to take off the case from time to time with previous models, but this one I’m happy to leave on - nice dark color. Sleek and classy looking One small complaint: I miss the pencil holder. But that was an easy cheap fix by buying a separate pencil holder that I stuck on the back of the keyboard. Great device for a reasonable price. ... show more

Good quality, fits perfectly, no problems at all so far. Logitech has this designed right, easy to use, no problems taking the keyboard on and off as needed. Works great. If you want a keyboard where the keys easily fall off this is the perfect product! I got two of them and easily within a month both products keys broke off. It is not worth it to buy such an expensive product just for it to not work. Don’t waste your time or money!

I had been wanting to get a keyboard for my new iPad Air for white some time, however the price of the Apple Magic Keyboard deterred me. After reading the other reviews I decided to go with this Logitech version and I couldn’t be happier! So far there is not one thing that I don't love about this cover. The ease of using it as soon as I got it. Took it out of the box, put the cover on my iPad and then connected to the keyboard itself, which it does magnetically and is a VERY SOLID connection. Keyboard lit up and ready to go. It runs off your iPad thru the connection and doesn’t require any separate battery charge or cable. The response of the keyboard is phenomenal. The track pad is large and just as responsive. I sometimes forget that this is my iPad and not a laptop, it is that similar in use. Another feature I absolutely love is that if I just want to use the iPad for drawing, i can detach the keyboard and set it aside. The case is very strong and so well made, it is worth every penny i paid for it. The value is well worth it. I feel like i could drop this case from 10 feet up and nothing would happen, not that I EVER intend to do that, lol, but that is how sturdy this case feels. Even with the keyboard it is not bulky. It looks great and works great. Way better than the outdated ipad air model apple sells for $350! My only gripe is that the stand isn’t sturdy enough to use in your lap and im not sure how far it can be pulled out.

Key pad works great! However, It drives me nuts that it pops off when you bend it behind the pad. this is such a simple and natural movement when you pick up the ipad.. I usually just leave the keypad behind so it ended up being a very expensive simple case.

I bought this to replace my old Logitech Folio Touch keyboard/case, which I loved. Unfortunately, they made some changes that sound nice in theory, but in practice do not work well. First off is the case material itself. On the older Logitech Folio Touch case, it was fabric with a little padding behind it. It does not show fingerprints and doesn’t show much in the way of damage. It took a beating, and you never saw any damage. On this new case, it’s a satin finish black plastic that is a fingerprint magnet. I can’t speak for how durable it is, but it really shows the slightest amount of oil or water or whatever on the case. Not pretty. It definitely don’t look like it offers anywhere near as much protection for the device inside. Second is the keyboard section. On the older case, it flipped under, but stayed attached to the case. Which meant that the angle brace in the back had something to brace against. On this new case, the keyboard is detachable. You’d think that this is a good idea, but it’s not. The keyboard keeps coming off every time I try to flip it under, so instead I have to detach it, flip it around, then reattach it. That’s a major pain. If they were going to force you to do that, then why not put a proper flip-n-twist hinge on the thing and leave it permanently attached? I do like the larger touchpad surface area. That’s nice. I do wish they gave us a button or switch we could flip to turn the keyboard off in hardware, instead of having to put tape across the pines or pads, in order to prevent contact with the device. I don’t want to run my battery down on my iPad if I’m not going to be using the keyboard. And I don’t want to be accidentally pressing keys or making contact with the touchpad, when the keyboard is flipped back. My old Logitech Folio Touch keyboard case has finally given up the ghost and can’t even hold onto the iPad, which is why I bought this Combo Touch case. But I’m now buying newer cases from a different company to replace both of these. I’m now warning everyone off any cases from Logitech. ... show more
