I'm so happy with this jacket. I had originally gotten it in a medium--I'm 5'1" and petite, but rather busty. The medium was nicely fitted in the waist, but was a bit tight in the chest and shoulders when it was zipped up. I returned that and reordered in a large (returning was simple and quick too, so that's a plus!). The large is a much better fit, especially for when I start wearing bulkier sweaters underneath. I do wish it was just a tad longer--it hits me just above the widest part of my hips. I would say it runs fairly true to size, so long as you like slim-fit jackets. If you like it a little loose, get a size up. I like how it tapers at the waist a bit, making it super flattering rather than boxy, even in a slightly baggier size. This is a jacket that, the second you put it on, you know you look and feel cool. I'm super surprised with how warm this jacket is too--it's way heavier than it looks, and though the zip-in hoodie part is only a few inches wide, it's thicker than I expected and warm. The faux leather is butter soft, it could easily be mistaken for real leather. It did have a small amount of plastic-y smell when it came out of the box, but a warm damp cloth run over it took care of it. The zippers on the pockets are a little stiff, but at least I know that nothing will fall out. The chest zipper pockets are just for show--no actual pocket there, but the normal pockets are a good size, where I could stuff both my keys and phone in one without visible bulkiness. I love this it looks great feels great and it keeps me warm. I thought it would be just for looks but I'm sweating when I wear it with more than 1 layer under it. The leather feels great and it thin but thick all in one. It stretches and holds up really well with every day activities. I only wash it and hang dry it so that it doesn't Crack or shrink. It's a good, substantial fake leather. It'll keep you warm. Two things keep it from getting 5 stars out of me. 1.) The removable hood is really thin, so why bother? 2.) Whoever packed my jacket has obviously never heard of a lint roller. Someone's dog hair was all over it. It's got two zip-up options. You can zip the inner removable layer or the outer "leather" layer. I find that it gets a little tight under the arms when I zip the outer layer, and it mashes the boobage a bit. So I wear it with the inner layer zipped up, and the outer layer half-zipped. Then it fits fine. ... show more

It definitely runs small in certain areas. Snug around the arms and torso. After reading reviews I decided to size up. I typically wear and medium or Large. It depends on the brand. I ordered this jacket in XL. It fit snugged around the arms and torso. It fits big on the shoulders and the length of the sleeves. I have long arms and the jacket sleeve was still long on me. If I place my arms straight down the sleeve covers more than half my hand. The quality of the jacket seems good. The color is as expected. I’m 160lb and 5.7. Id buy from this seller again but I’d order a Large. Hope my review helps someone :) ... show more

I am 5’3 160lbs for reference and I got the size large. There is some stretch and the jacket is super comfortable. I definitely won’t be able to wear a sweater underneath, but that’s okay! I ordered this jacket and a size larger than I normally wear so that I could wear a sweater underneath it. I got the jacket in an extra large tried it on and the chest area barely fit. I could zip it, but the sleeves were so tight they were uncomfortable. So I returned it and bought a double extra large. It came this morning. The jacket is even smaller than the original jacket I could not zip it or get my arms all the way into the sleeves. It appears to be really nicely made the weight of it is nice the hood and the lining detach from it, which is exactly what I was looking for so that I could wear it in more than one season The same seem to be nice. The zippers are a nice heavy weight, but it does not align with the sizes that are on the chart nor are they sized consistently since the xxl was actually smaller than the xl.
