I keep these in my purse at all times! They are a need the morning after drinking. They don’t taste that great but if you use cold water, it tastes a little better.

I was dehydrated, and I took liquid iv. I felt the results in about 15 minutes. It was extraordinary. Maybe you can buy similar products over the counter at your local drugstore, but this was too easy. It was recommended to me by a friend and I have continued to pass it on.

Product seems not fresh. packets are not soft

Product box was completely open. Items were out of the box. I didn't open any of the packages. They seem not fresh as they are very compacted. I received a refund.

I'm currently on Wegovy and have to monitor my hydration. Someone suggested these hydration packets and I have to say they definitely seem to help. They taste way better with cold water to avoid an overly sweet taste.
