I never thought I would taste something that could beat dragonfruit in my opinion. The taste are all great . Lychee and kiwi well not the best but all the rest are outstanding. I have not had any cramping or dehydration since I started taking these. It’s a small scoop and you can use it from 8 oz to 16 oz of water. It easily dissolves in water, no residue left in glass. Taste great! It rehydrates you. The best electrolytes I’ve had. I’m usually allergic to some of the additives added to electrolytes so it’s nice that SCM doesn’t add any unnecessary stuff. Flavor is 10/10
