They arrived clumped together but I took them out of the bottle and separated each one and they were fine after that. I am known to tell everyone "I'm tired" but now I hardly say it. I am only 27 but I am starting to feel the difference from my younger 20's. This has improved my overall energy levels. After receiving the order I noticed the bottle didn't sound like there were any pills in it . After opening the container I realized the pills were all melted together. After unsuccessfully trying to break the pills apart I used a metal cutter to cut the hard plastic container open to get to the pills. There were several pills that broke off but not very easily. A few of the pills broke open and were spilling onto the other pills. Im a little concerned about using a product that is so compromised. Maripolio should work on quality control and also should send me another product to replace this one. Amazon will not accept a return for this supplement and Maripolio does not have a customer service number. Disappointed to say the least. ... show more

I gave this product 3 stars, because in the 2 bottles I bought together, there is no dessicant pouch which caused all the pills to be stuck together inside the bottle like they melted. Very difficult to separate. I bought this product before, and everything was great.
