I have had a disappointing experience with this car GPS navigation system. While it boasts free map downloads and lifetime updates, the actual performance falls short. The device often fails to provide accurate directions, and the user interface is not intuitive. Additionally, the FM function is inconvenient as it prevents playing music simultaneously.
