These Linner Saturn hearing aids are designed for us older folks that have some degree of hearing loss. Most of us do! They are rather comfortable to insert and use and really do good job at reducing the background noises. They hold a charge for the whole day and recharge simply by placing them back in their case and plugging it in to a USB connection and will be ready to go first thing in the morning. Easy to adjust the volume to your desired needs. They are lightweight enough to feel comfortable in the ear and look good without the bulkiness. Mostly use for watching TV currently until I get used to them and wear outside. I'm confident they will do the job outside too. Makes watching TV more enjoyable and leaves my spouse happy that the volume doesn't have to ne turned up so much. Happy with this purchase and looking forward to more simplified hearing. Got these for my Dad, the following is his review: Amazing! I have tried other hearing aids in the past couple of years with absolutely NO satisfactory success. For that main reason, I was quite skeptical of even trying again. However, when I first tried these Linner hearing aids I was pleasantly surprised at the sound quality and the overall effect of hearing. I decided to try them for a few days before actually making a review, so I did. When I first put them in, I was again amazed they were so comfortable and easy to manage. The volume control, which works wonders, is with a push of the button. They come with 3 sizes of ear tips and I found the medium fit my ears best. The second day I cannot even tell they are in my ears and I can actually hear. In a normal conversation, I never have to ask to repeat; I watched TV with no hearing difficulty and the volume on the TV was normal, and the radio was excellent. I am completely satisfied! A gift that will keep on giving. Definitely recommend. Note: I used a permanent marker on the cable and charging box to label item better. ... show more
