This is the third pair of in-the-ear hearing aids I have purchased and are well worth the money. With other low-priced hearing aids, I was bothered by background noise, I work in a big retail store. The Linner hearing aids don't offer a separate control for background noise but so a distinctly better job of filtering it out than the others. My second concern is staying in my ears as I move around a lot. These seem a bit chunky at first but a bit of wiggling results in a good fit, that lasts all day, which is totally amazing to me. The several volume adjustments are easy to use and I always reset to the lowest volume to start. During the day I may bump them up once, but they clearly would help people with more hearing loss than I have. Thanks for making my days much easier. ... show more

They fit in the ear comfortably, you don't know they are in the ears. Instructions were easy to follow. The low setting works great for me. The high setting might be for someone that is more hard of hearing. My complaints are in a quiet room I am hearing a slight hissing sound and there are no charging instructions for the charger. I bought my first linner Saturn OTC hearing aid couple of months back and had problems with. The left side stopped working. I called their customer service and a replacement was quickly sent to me. Excellent customer service. The replacement worked like a champ. I wear it all the time. My friends and colleagues are amazed because I, now participate in team meetings. My TV is no longer too loud. The only issue that I have with the design is, how to place the hearing aid into the charger after use. If you drop it into the charger without aligning with the charging points, it will not charge. The technic is to first place the pull wire into its socket and the others will align. Always make sure that the green lights come on before closing the charger. This is by far the best hearing aid out there. I’ll always recommend it to anyone. Oh, it’s also almost invisible and nobody would think you are wearing a hearing aid. ... show more
