I was having problems with my old factory radio and it had to be replaced. In my research I found this stereo and was attracted by the features and advanced technology it has. I was able to install it by myself and am very happy with the performance and look of my new radio.

    • Garbage!
What can I say about my whole experience with this purchase other than… garbage!!! Horrible quality. Unit worked ok for the first few months after installing. Then the hvac menu would freeze up and quit working while driving. It continues to do this every drive after about 15-20 minutes of driving. Contacted customer service for warranty and got offered software updates that were of no use. Now the unit won’t boot up at all. And now customer service won’t respond to emails! Highly disappointed in this $1300 piece of trash. DO NOT waste your money on this by any means! ... show more

I like the size of the screen compared too what I had in the truck already. Dislike I’m missing the cable too hook up the microphone too be able too answer my calls and talk installing took some time getting the wiring harness too go where it needs too be all in all works as shown so far

So far my only complaint on this unit is the short wifi antenna wire making the install process more difficult than it needed to be. But i will say music sounds better and louder just as a basic install. I cant wait till i put my amps in. update: i just realized my rear parking sense doesnt make noise anymore. This install was so easy. Any adapters I needed were in my packaging. Take your time and remember you have to refer to the instructions to program your AC. The AC will not function until you do. This also affects all controls for climate control until programmed and saved in your settings tab. A great upgrade. 👍 ... show more

It's not particularly easy to install. Considering how many functions it has it shouldn't be surprising but it's best to be prepared. The directions aren't amazing either. But the unit itself is impressive. It's really like having a tablet with a total command center. Watch Netflix, check your email, stream your music, back up camera and most impressively, get rid of AC knobs. I was afraid of buying a no name unit but so far I'm really pleased. ... show more

maybe this is just ahead of its time. i do not recommend this brand. its just not ready to be a consumer product yet. tech support is little to no use, wifi speeds are poor.. its got lots of 'potental' that looks great on paper but in practice it falls very flat. the screen has locked up multiple times, just zero functionality. its been 'repaired' but no change in problems. there are lock codes for deeper menu's that are hidden in the manual - more of a UX frustration i guess... the touch is ok but its just not reliable and if it quits working or glitches out... you loose ALL the functionality of your vehicle. just stick with factory and add on speakers or amps to upgrade stuff. its not worth it. for the price id expect so much better from this company. ... show more

The stereo looks good, but over time it gives a problem with your vehicle's air conditioning, I say this because I have the same one and everyone who has this type of stereo has the same problem with the AC
