Has an annoying buzz ( on level surface and balanced by appliance foot) but works as described for an acceptable price. We shall see about the promised energy efficiency. I waited for several days to make sure it worked properly before investing my food and I am happy to report that it is reliable after a few weeks. This little freezer holds quite a large amount of food! I was surprised at how much it could hold and really it didn't take up much room. Also it's pretty lightweight, so moving it around was easy, I'm 5'1 and carried it up the stairs and across my house pretty easily. Basket is a nice bonus.

I found the appliance to fall far short of the claim made of using 0.37kWh per day. I checked it with a wattage meter and with having plugged it into my solar generator. In the latter case I expected it to run for 4 days before consuming the energy of the solar generator battery; however, it ran for only one. I did not really manipulate temperature controls so no comment. It did not conform to dimensions of the product description. Whether that still resulted in the 3.5cf as advertised or not I do not know. ... show more
