  • NAUSEOUS SIDE EFFECTS
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I had one yesterday for the first time and had a hard time falling asleep because I was feeling very nauseous.... and when I was giving it to my mother she was very nauseous too and I used to blame it on other things... shame on you people selling stuff that causes ugly side effects...and warning on your label that it may have LED which can cause cancer? So what's the point of it? I dont get it... this saddens me big time..and wished I never put my mom thru this... RIP mom. ... show more

  • I don't normally leave bad reviews but this is inexcusable.
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
Like a number of other reviewers here this product made ill. LISTEN TO THIS FEEDBACK. I took the chance that those were exaggerations and have had no issues w L.E. products before. In fact I initially bit into one to check the flavor and tossed the capsule. The issue was most (only?) noticeable with the capsule intact. (hint for the company). Get this fixed, it is otherwise a great concept. Requires investigation. ... show more

  • If you want to know what being near death feels like try these.
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I ignored the reviews. Even the one where the guy said he too ignored the reviews and got sick. I have never been sickened by a vitamin in my life and I am a vitamin queen. I have taken so many vitamins in the last 13 years of my life. I thought I’d be fine. No. Whether taken with food or not I get severe nausea and a headache about 2 hours after ingesting one of these. The first time I took it I retched uncontrollably despite my stomach being completely empty by that point. The second time is not as bad as I haven’t vomited (yet, and yes my second attempt was this very night) but my head hurts and the nausea is very much there. I just got off the phone with amazon and was fortunate to get a refund. This is going in the trash where it belongs. ... show more

  • Very concentrated. Take smaller dose if adverse reactions occur
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
The vitamin is very good. It’s oil based, which is the best base for most vitamins, in terms of maximum absorption. Not only that, but the oil they used for this vitamin is sunflower oil, the one oil known for naturally containing high levels of vitamin E. Sunflower oil also contains vitamin K1 and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids, both of which help lower LDL (bad cholesterol) in the body. In addition to that, rosemary extract was added to this vitamin. Rosemary essential oil has anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties, and contains antioxidants, but it has a very unpleasant taste. Also, unlike most vitamin Es on the market, this vitamin contains both types of vitamin E: tocopherols AND tocotrienols. The health benefits of both are tremendous (protect DNA from free radical damage (cancer-preventing property), strengthens immune system, protects cell membranes, shelters active enzyme sites from damage, reduces cholesterol, protects against brain cell damage, etc.). However, because tocotrienols are so much more potent then tocopherols, this vitamin must be consumed with caution. The dose provided here in one capsule is rather high, and may cause adverse reactions, such as stomach pain, headache, nausea and even vomiting. To avoid these unpleasant reactions, I recommend taking a smaller dose. I personally bite a hole in the capsule and squeeze it’s contents onto a piece of bread, leaving some still in a capsule, so I don’t take a full dose. Also, make sure you take this vitamin with food, as taking it on an empty stomach increases the likelihood of adverse reactions. For best preservation, after opening the bottle, I keep the vitamin refrigerated. Vitamin came in good condition and arrived on time. ... show more

  • I wanted to really like this these
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
Unfortunately this supplement upsets my stomach and I don't consider myself as a person who has a sensitive stomach. I wanted to really like this these. I think I might still try to give them a shot again later so I don't waste them--I'm thinking possibly taking with a teaspoon or two of coconut oil to cut down on the stomach irritation? Anybody have any tricks they want to share regarding getting these down without stomach upset? ... show more
