  • Works great.
Great for overhead cam engines, where the plugs are recessed in a hole. Includes a good selection of adapters. Works great, but as others have mentioned the black digits on a dark blue background are very hard to read PSI. I noted the reading on the scale with white numerals and in bright light I was able to estimate the PSI reading. ... show more

  • Good quality, very reasonable price
The gauge was good, all the fitting needed to check compression on most any engine that comes to mind. Gauge, fittings and connectors nicely organized, sizes marked on fittings, easy to read in a nice case.

  • Great quality
I use this on most small engines before and after I buy them and the quality is amazing with a great case and options for different sizes

  • Warning
Make sure you tighten the adapter. Came loose and got stuck in my spark plug hole. Had to superglue the pieces together to back it out.

  • Great product
The media could not be loaded. This product was reasonably priced and allowed me to easily troubleshoot my car. I would recommend it.

  • Consistently wrong
Trying to get a general idea the compression on my snowmobiles. Understanding there can be variations from Gauge to gauge. The idea being you got a general idea and it's consistent. If it's consistent and you tested on good running engines that you know are good then you have a pretty good General base point. Kind of like using a stick for a ruler yeah it's just a stick but if you measure it one foot you can use it as a tool because it's been verified. With all that said I ordered two so I can compare them against each other. So I took out the first one it all seemed well and good compression seems a little low but again consistency and knowing a base point I can live with that. Check out the second one couldn't even attach the hose to the gauge. So right off the bat the easyclip was faulty so I took it off the working gauge threw it on the second one I was trying to test. So after I got everything set up the second gauge was 5 to 10 psi is lower than the first gauge very disappointing and then on one cylinder it bumped up 5 PSI tires than the first gauge. So no real consistency there but the first one was consistent so I threw the fitting back on to it tested everything again unfortunately it wasn't consistent. Not only that but when you use the one ft extended pipe I found the PSI reading to be 15 psi's lower verses using the hose attachment. You know I just want something that's consistent and give me a Baseline and it seems like there's negative reviews on even the good gauges how much money does one have to spend to get a pressure reading of their cylinder come on. Will be returning will be contacting manufacturer as far as problems with their product. All Souls for hahaha I'm in the process of putting a new top-end on one of my Motors that should be done within a week or two I think I might just hold on to it just to test it on that again I like the test I like to see where things lay out a freshly rebuilt let's see what it looks like. ... show more
