I had another brand that finally died, it was one I used for work and it was fairly expensive. I wasn't sure what to make about this brand as I'd never heard of it ever before. Work replaced our wireless headsets with cheap, bottom barrel, plug-in headsets. This sounds as good as the fancy brand, and the battery lasts about 5 to 6 days of light use. People are able to hear me clearly, nobody has had a single complaint about the quality of my mic. These are perfect. As far as using it, it does work with Bluetooth, but it also has a dongle. All you have to do is plug the dongle in and turn the headset on and it pairs right away, making it very easy to use. This product has worked great for my slow work days now I can time freely until my next call instead of running back and forth checking if I have a call. The headset is easy to use, the ear piece is very comfortable and definitely has great noise cancellation. It's very light weight and holds a great charge. My friend raved about these headphones, so I got a pair. They're comfy, but that's it. The connection's terrible, the sound's muffled and crackly, and the range is nonexistent—useless unless you're practically touching the device it is paired with.     • Hurt my ears (glasses wearer)
The sound is fine when connected via usb but I wear glasses and this was hurting my ear within a couple of hours of wear and I had to take off by lunch because my ear was aching. I have worn other headsets with no issue so I am not sure if it’s just the design of this one that didn’t work out.

Got this for my wife who works in a busy office setting. She absolutely love this headset. She spends a great deal of time in on-line meetings and phone calls. She needed a headset that had good sound for her and her clients and colleagues on the other end. These accomplish that and so much more. They are comfortable to wear all day and have great Bluetooth range. She likes being able to get up, walk around, get a drink, etc; She is able to walk a good distance before they gently beep at her to let me know to move closer to the computer. The battery life is phenomenal. At the end of the day, she occasionally forgets to recharge them. She has made it through two workdays without recharging; they would probably go even more.
