Gym came with some defective pieces but Spart went above and beyond to make it right and resolve the issue, I would definitely order from them again. Their customer service is very responsive and will answer any questions you might have. As far as the gym I haven't used it much yet but it has all the functionality as more expensive brands like power tec without the cost. I would suggest getting a bench with alot of adjustability as this is a one size fits all and a good adjustable bench will make it easier to use. ... show more
