It stopped working after just 4 months of use. It worked fine while it lasted and I was quite pleased with it until it just flat out died on me. I thought: "No big deal, I'll just RMA it". I spoke with support and turns out it only comes with a 30-day warranty. I don't understand why a brand new electronic that is not refurbished would only come with a 30-day warranty. On top of that, the warranty policy is hard to see in the description. It seems misleading and suspicious to say the least. Update: Lemorele did the right thing and they reached out asking for more details about what happened to the USB Hub. I provided further details of what happened to it and they determined it was defective so they either offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the full refund and I'm quite satisfied with the service provided. I would say do not fear and buy their products. I hate to be a cynic, but these things have a habit of just stopping. My last one, another brand, just up and died after three years. I guess that's acceptable these days. Anyway, so far this unit is working great, and I love the size and lightness.

The usb c port that I used this hub with was usb 3.2 gen 2. I’ve tested the usb ports, hdmi port and Ethernet port. The only result that I got out of this hub was constant reconnection and disconnection. I bought this long ago when I didn’t need it so I’m way past the return window. But when I need a usb hub to work, this obviously didn’t perform as I needed it ... show more

everything works as advertised off of USB C, i ran four monitors off my laptop (two off laptop two off dock) and it worked perfectly, the power USB slot doesn't seem to work properly when hooked up to two-way connections, but it works fine for charging headphones/powering desk lights
