This bag was easy to assemble. Mine took 128.2 pounds of sand. The sand was slightly moist so it took about an hour per bag to fill the base. I bought a cheap plastic funnel, cut most of the small part off, and then taped it to the base with duct tape. This allowed me to do the job by myself. The total weight with sand in the base is slightly over 158 pounds. I am working on a matted floor so I did not use the suction cups. A strong front kick or high punch will rock the base slightly but it is pretty stable for a good workout. This is a good bag to start with especially if you are on a tight budget. ... show more

The suction cups work so well on my flooring I didn't even have to add water or sand. For the price, this product is great! Punching bag & gloves. I've been using it for a few weeks and it's been holding up beautifully. We love it for inside the house, and outside in the garage. We will haul it in the house with a dolly in the late fall. Good product for the price, and it's space saving! We really like that it's portable. It is a good size for the price, and it's made with good materials. Down side: the hole to fill with sand/water is too SMALL. Took about 1 hour to put 90lbs of sand in the base. Also, the bag itself is solid, not foam like. You hit it, it's gonna hurt even with gloves until you get used to it. ... show more

I love it, my only issue is I have it on carpet and the first time I hit full force, it fell over and almost broke my tv. I added more sand, but I still can’t punch or kick it full force. I tried putting it on a foam mat and that didn’t help. It wobbles if I hit it too hard and consecutive. Any suggestions? ... show more

Once you get it filled and assembled, it's a great punching bag for the cost. The bag is super easy to assemble but it takes forever to fill with sand. And I mean, (almost) forever. The hole is tiny for it's intended purpose. Even with a funnel, sand tends to clump and so you can't just pour directly in. The hole needs to be 2 x as big and it save hours. Been using it for a few months and it's held up really well. The gloves and wraps are as expected and provide enough protection to really punch this thing. The suction cups are not great and even fully filled, it'll still rock back and forth quite a bit. Would think for a adolescent training, it would be perfect, but for a fully gown adult, it's a bit light. For the money and description it is a great bag and gets the job done. Just be warned, fill with extra fine sand that doesn't clump or you'll be there for hours and with a big mess to clean up. ... show more

Worth the money. Bought this for my boys home gym and was worried it wouldn’t be sturdy enough but I was way wrong. I didn’t use the suction cups, and filled it with pea gravel instead of sand and it barely moves when they hit it. Looks and feels well built and came with a really nice pair of boxing gloves. Nice little kit, the gloves and wrap are a nice addition, I filled mine with playground sand and a funnel. Took a good while to do but the sand was cheap and the bag holds up pretty good for light to medium weight work. Now if you wanna go full throttle and you've got some power you can knock it over. The padding needs to be thicker because there's some parts that are harder than others and can cause some damage but it's a great starter set and it's stylish. ... show more
