  • Hot tub happiness
They balance each other perfectly. I use the hot tub daily and do the chemical test strip that came with the order weekly. The combination of all chemicals in this order keeps the water crystal clear.

  • Came with everything except the chlorine!
Great product, I just wish it included chlorine and a small dispenser, like a tea ball.

  • Great for beginners!
I never write a review but I had to. I looked around all day to find chemicals for my new hot tub. I’ve never owned one, I’ve never done any kind of research for them. I knew they needed chemicals but bought the hot tub on a whim and went with it. After having it set up for 3 days I really faced the fact that I needed to start testing the water and keep it maintained. I had no idea where to start and was very overwhelmed. I bought this and hoped for the best. I’ve used this for 4 days and my water levels are almost already perfect. It was super easy to understand and fix. I’m so pleased! ... show more

  • Great Starter Kit
This was absolutely amazing, especially for the price I paid. It's a great starter kit to get you by. I did notice that the testing strips bleed, however, it's easily remedied by placing in a napkin, toilet paper towel, normal towel, etc. We bought to balance a 1700ish gallon pool for kids. Did exactly what I needed. I used everything at least once, and still have most of it. The only thing it doesnt come with is chlorine. ... show more

  • Test strip are low quality so hard to gage how much chemical to use
When using the test strip, the colors run together and you end up having to use multiple just to get a good reading

  • Ehhh.
Definitely look for alternatives when considering price of "spa" chemicals. Google things that lower/increase PH that are cheaper. We used the increaser in one sitting. Okay for a startup, but not great for continuous use. Baking soda and muriatic acid are a better bet. Local hardware stores carry cheaper options. ... show more
