I just recently went back to the pucks. I tried to manage my pool with liquid only but this FL sun would burn it off too quick.I first bought 3 pucks from my local Pinch a Penny and they dissolved completely in one week but the pool kept chlorine strong all week and looked great so I knew I needed to keep the pucks. At $7 each, that's insane so before I bought them in bulk from the pool store, I decided to try these. I bought a 10lb bucket. Arrived in perfect condition and individually wrapped. A week and a half later, my pool is balanced, looks amazing and the pucks are still more than half way so however they make these allows them to not dissolve as quickly as the pool store. I am very happy with my purchase and when I finish the 10lb bucket, I will get the largest one they have to save. Update: just finished my 10 pound bucket and ordered the 50 pound bucket. Still very satisfied. I need 3 pucks and they last about a week and a half before I need 3 more. Update: 50 lb container just arrived. Top 10 pucks are broken in half. The box was heavy and when in the box, you can’t use the handle which makes it tough to transport. They probably threw the box around. Hopefully not many more are broken. This is a good product at a decent price. I really like that all the tablets are individually wrapped. It does help to mitigate the chlorine fumes coming out of the bucket when you open it. I've read reviews complaining about the tablets all being broken upon receipt. In fact some of mine were broken but the wrapping was still intact so the entire content did make it into my dispenser. I'm not fussing about what likely may have happened in shipping. Most of the few that were broken had a crack right down the middle and near perfectly in half. I routinely break tablets in half to get more precise about what I'm adding based on test results and I think this is helping me control the CYA content too. I find these already broken tablets more of a help than a hindrance. I just use the half tablet and re-wrap the remaining half for later use. Nothing lost. Recommended! Enjoy! ... show more
