Just a warning to other Fur-Parents whose babies are aggressive chewers. This is a great toy. My 10 pound, 11 month old Pomeranian loves it, but true to his alligator mouth, the ears and horns were chewed off within 2 hours of him getting it from Santa Paws. Our local rescue organization has a Holiday party, and Santa Paws, a very large Saint Bernard mix, wears his Santa suit, and gives gifts (that true to form, Mom and Dad pay for) to the Pups. Our Pom got this toy, and I should have removed the ears and horns before giving to him, but I didn't. He had them chewed off within 2 hours. I sewed the areas he chewed with a very strong upholstery thread and gave it back. I am 100% in love with this toy, but pup loves the toy, but in the interest of loving dogs, I just wanted to pass on the suggestion to be proactive so that no fur babies swallow and extra piece. My 17 month old male Italian greyhound absolutely fell in love with this kind of ugly (of course) toy, and has become his number one. He plays indoors with it, then takes it out the doggie door, though very tight fit, but keeps him busy for sure. Have had for many weeks now and still intact, a first for him as a chronic chewer. As with the goose toy t ordered and received yesterday, this toy was for aggressive chewers. Well, I just got it late this afternoon, gave it to my guy and he had it gutted within minutes--MINUTES Once again, very disappointing
