Bought for my wife's exercise therapy and to keep my 65yr old legs from bothering me, it is excellent. Not a professional gym machine but it does the job more than adequately. Goes together in about 2 hours at a leisurely pace, just have some tools including a good socket set, open end wrenches and a rubber hammer. This is a type of Hack Squat movement and works the quadriceps really good for those that do not need "power lifter" type weight. Best Leg Sled Press for the money. Titan Fitness sells them for more than a thousand dollars, so get it here and you won't be disappointed. This equipment is great for little places or even larger gyms Works out the whole legs.
