I looked everywhere to find a place to explain why I returned this Item and could not find one. I thought it was important to explain the reason for this returned item. The box that is was shipped in looked fine with no damage. The box inside the box had obviously been opened at some point but at that moment it didn't matter. I opened the product box and removed the item and found no assembly instruction sheet, as well as no hardware inventory sheet. The main item had signs of previous usage evident by the paint damage by the connection points of the support arms installation the hardware was in a what looked like a sandwich bag that was not sealed. The final kicker was I ordered it as a new item and was even offered a protection plan and looking back at the item's box it had the other purchasers return label still on it. ... show more

I got this for my grandma, because she has issues getting in and out of bed.She had a different type of bed rail that just went under the mattress, this means rock when being pulled towards the user.
