This light is painfully bright at its highest setting and yet battery life seems eternal. I put it on the mid-level light setting and used it for 6 hours continuously while detailing the interior of my car and when I was done it showed the battery was still at 25%. I'm guessing that at the lowest light setting it can go twice that. I wish it had a standard USB-C charging interface instead of the annoying custom "magnetic" connector that constantly falls off if you even breathe on it! I had a previous LED lenser headband at this price point and it lasted 8 years before the battery died so I believe this is built to last. Overall, this is worth every penny. I was showing it to my sister-in-law and the next time I was at their house I saw she had one for taking her dogs on walks out in the country. Great product. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I go on record saying that i own many Fenix, Coast, and other headlamps. I use them all the time every day for work and for my hobbies. I am not sure how to feel about the presentation, all of the accessory parts are made from cheap plastic. In my humble opinion some of the tech features on this thing are overkill and not even needed. The headlamp itself is thought out and well built but it could have been executed better. For the price tag I expected more. After using it for a few days I will say that it has a lot of power and light output capability. I am not a fan of operation - the buttons on the headlamp are hard to feel and not tactile so I often find myself having to take it off to mess with it to get it to shut off. Kind of a pain honestly. If you were in a situation where you needed this thing to shut off or your killed / in trouble - your gonna die or get caught because it is very difficult to turn off. Also, the front led lights do not swivel down very far so I find myself having to tilt my head down further to get the light output on my target - also a very annoying issue. The battery indicator will read healthy charge until it is almost dead and then you will see the lights drop - i don't feel it is a very accurate reading on the battery life. I feel like this item is very close to contending at the top of the headlamp niche but unfortunately i personally would not recommend it. ... show more

LOUSY, NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. lousy/nonexistent? Is that an oxy moren ?)Bought 3 Ledlenser products in August 2023. Experienced difficulty registering warranty. Tried contacting them. Still waiting a response after 7 months. Tried calling their listed US CUSTOMER SERVICE and LEDLENSER Main Company phone numbers. Can't connect. JUST GET MESSAGES FROM PHONE CARRIER SOMETHING TO THE EFFECT THE NUMBERS DO NOT EXIST. Recently tried using the chat feature on their website requesting someone contact me to assist me with product registration. Got a response saying that I contacted one of their foreign offices in some far off land and in so many words "... Not my job. Go pound sand." I bought a Ledlenser 4000 lumen head set for hundreds of $s. Also bought 2 rechargable Ledlenser flashlights for about +/-$187 each. COSCO is selling a 5000 lumen (metal case) flashlight for 30$. It comes with rechargeable batteries and 9 AA batteries. And get this... they even have a functional US customer service phone number printed right on the package. They actually answered the phone and answered my question. I would think more that twice before purchasing another Ledlenser product. So. How was your day? ... show more

This lamp is the greatest. I run outside in a rural area and sometimes I’m on a highway or busy street. This lamp is brighter than car headlights and they WILL see you. It makes running through the winter a lot easier. Make sure to wipe off the charging contacts completely and don’t leave it charging for days on end or they will corrode. ... show more

This is not for daily use at home. This is a specialist headlamp for in specific scenarios in security, rescue, manufacturing etc. Extremely powerful but can get a bit warm.
