Description

This Bundle contains two items, one LCR Injection Epoxy Cartridge plus one 7-Pack of Injection Ports explicitly designed for the Polygem LCR system. The LCR Medium Viscosity Epoxy is a 100% solids, two-component liquid epoxy, moisture insensitive, designed to permanently restore structure and design strength to concrete, wood, fiberglass, and metals. The cartridge can be used with any standard caulking gun. Ports are designed to straddle the concrete crack up to 1/8-inch wide. Ports can be adhered to the concrete surface using the 2-part LCR Epoxy Repair Paste. Allow 12-24 hours for curing before injecting the Epoxy. Once the Injection Epoxy has completely cured (48 hours), a permanent bond is established. Note - this is an industrial-quality epoxy product and not an injection foam. It bonds the material being repaired.

  • Works as expected
I ordered this to apply on a 1/4" crack on the exposed foundation in my garage. The crack runs through the entire wall which is about 1' high. I covered the rear of the wall with cardboard so that the epoxy would not leak out the back. I inserted 3 of the injection ports into the crack and covered the rest with cardboard. Using my caulking gun I injected the epoxy mix into the ports starting from the bottom port. The smell from this is pretty strong so I had a fan blowing air across my work area. I let this sit for a couple days before removing the carboard. The epoxy worked in filling the crack and feels solid. ... show more
