I really wanted to love this hammock. I purchased it in late August of 2022. Used it outside until Halloween. I am diligent about putting away my hammocks & covering outdoor furniture whenever rain may be in the forecast. I also store everything in the late fall & winter in a barn. I have another brand (Sunbrella) two person quilted hammock with wood spreader bars that has lasted over a decade. This hammock was taken back out along with the Sunbrella one in the middle of June. We had a scattered shower event and it was left out during that one rainstorm and the wood spreader bars are now both molded and one even bowed. This is not acceptable, especially given its limited use and that it is in fact outdoor furniture. I purchased it under a year ago and it is already on poor condition despite care. I am weary to use it with the spreader bar in its deformed state for fear of it snapping and/or breaking and potentially causing injury. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ... show more

Very strong materials used. I've had mine hanging outside since I bought it with no damage or sun bleaching at all. It is enormous, easily big enough for two large people. Compared to my last store bought hammock the quality is much much better. It looks much more expensive than it was.

Hammock looks good and is constructed well. If you’re taller (I’m 6’4) you might look elsewhere as my feet stick over the wooden bar. We’ve had it only a few weeks and already the portion of the hammock in the sun is incredibly faded.
