Great trampoline, the kids love it, and the customer service is definitely 5 stars. Our fiber glass rod broke and I reached out to customer service and they said it was covered under warranty so they sent us new ones right away. Would definitely recommend the trampoline as it feels sturdy and you can jump pretty high (I tried it myself). My husband and I and our two kids were able to jump in it with no problem.
