so... I used to get laser done professionally when I lived in Los Angeles which worked great and was affordable, but then I moved to rural America and over here it literally costs an arm and a leg to get laser done. Not kidding... It's literally cheaper to fly to LA and get it done there! I was reluctant about these IPL devices because many years ago I tried one of the first ones and didn't like it, but I finally caved and decided to give this device a try. This technology definitely improved quite a bit since my last run in with it and I was surprised at how very sleek and comfortable this device is to use. It seems to be well made and sturdy and it works flawlessly in terms of zapping my unwanted hair. While the results I am seeing are not anywhere near as dramatic as I had with professional laser hair removal, I do see a very noticeable reduction and slow down in my hair growth. The key is to stick with it. The only thing that would make this experience even better is if this thing was wireless, but unfortunately it has to be plugged it to use. Other than that, I am very pleased with how it turned out and I'm glad I don't have to pay the ridiculous prices at the salon. ... show more

Ipl lasers have come a long way from what they used to be. I was pleasantly surprised on how much I liked this unit. Doesn’t really need to wait after turning on to start using. The cooling feature helps to eliminate the heat and pain. I’ve noticed that it’s best to keep the skin completely dry when using and it has eliminated the risk for burns so far. Lightweight and easy to use. Each session that I use, I try to complete areas of the whole body and am able to finish in less than 30 minutes in the privacy of my own home. For the most part, it is pain free. Again skin has to be dry and the hair shaved before use. I will continue using to keep the hair at bay. ... show more
